Original abstract design sketched by hand and then tattooed on 200gr paper. This work was stippled over the month of April 2025, in Barcelona, as the first of a series of grid works by fine line tattoo artist and collagist Wilo, in an exploration of how tattoo practices can be directly translated to other media.
Originally designed to be displayed in a 4x4 grid, as seen on the photographs, this piece can also be mixed up and hanged in the disposition that speaks to you.
Each block in this artwork is a piece of 200gr A3 papel, with a total size of 118.8 x 168 cm.

About the artist:
Wilo is a multidisciplinary artist, currently based in Barcelona. Her work focuses on fine line textured tattoos and digital collages. Currently studing Acupuncture, she aims to merge this ancient practice with the world of tattooing in the near
future.
